A Guided Ride with an Outdoor / Adventure Therapy focus. Offered collaboratively between Mountain Bike Therapy Australia and Rad Cycles and Gear.
This is a mindful, grounded and considered ride for Women and Gender Diverse Adults. Led by a Cis-Gendered Woman, Natalya.
An opportunity to connect to country and community while cruising along on bikes off road.
This is a the same kind of ride as our “Slow and Steady Guided Ride” - except that this one focuses on gravel riding rather than mountain bike trails.
Photo and snack breaks are a definite.
Everything is invitation only - opt out or say “not today” if you need to.
